Libras Door is a mysterious threshold between two realms. When inactive, the large stone door opens into a dark, labyrinthian cave that most adventurers would deem uninteresting.
However, if one performs the now long-forgotten rituals correctly, a portal will activate in the door's stead. Behind this portal lies a vast astral plane, surging with ancient power. Look in the right places and you will find an abundance of forgotten knowlege, waiting to be relearned.
