Heading east out of Verloren Village, following a dirt path, one will eventually come upon a trail known locally as Hangman's Path. Near the end of this trail, a collection of ancient woodlands can be seen in the horizon.
Just before the spot where the trail meets this woodland, a foreboding ancient tree stands looming over a cliff edge.

This ancient tree is said to be so old because it has been fuelled by the blood of its victims that are buried beneath.
The many surrounding villages are said to use it in the name of some twisted justice.
Travellers are warned to stay clear of this trail as it is not uncommon for the villages to pick up anyone they can find to prosecute swiftly, without a jury, in order to fuel their sadistic drive for executions.
